Can't buy extra retainers using Crysta and can't buy retainers with any card.

This is getting absurd. I keep getting error 601 when trying to buy extra retainers with card and I can't use Paypal. Crysta just isn't an available option despite the website clearly saying it is on all the documentation. I have enough crysta to cover the charge and I bought retainers last month using Crysta as well.

Your services are an absolute nightmare to deal with and I need help getting this resolved. Before it comes up, the reason I'm using Crysta is because your payment services are jacked to crap and I was forced, by this stupid 601 error, several months ago to resort to paying with Crysta to even be able to play the game.

Unfortunately, the problem you are describing is something we can assist with. An error 601 is a billing error that appears when there is an issue making a payment. To get assistance with this problem, you will need to contact the North American support center. To assist with contacting them, a ticket has been sent to the email associated with your SQUARE ENIX ID.
