Can't create Hrothgar

When trying to create new characters it will not let me select Hrothgar. I have to make them from the Benchmark save. When changing Data centers and Worlds, the option to create Hrothgar still does not highlight. I have purchased Shadowbringers and put in the codes. Mogstation shows i have it on my account. Viera are working fine. And when trying to submit a ticket it kept telling me my reason is to long.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
