I've seen others go further into even using NPC shout-outs during AI-party dungeons (smart AI) to teach about cooldown usage, pulling strategies, etc., that manage to feel more immersive and exciting in doing so, rather than feeling invasive or condescending. They just felt like running with a group of veteran friends who know not to introduce too much game-specific jargon at a time, and can quickly and easily explain each in their context. It's all the better when you then end up more invested in those NPCs.
Imagine specifically designed Trusts and so forth for MSQ dungeons all throughout leveling, with the dungeons unnerfed (or even strengthened) and mob HP upped a bit at lower levels when in a Trust to compensate for your NPC party being, frankly, more adept and worth learning from than the average player in that level range.
