    Too Xoo-> Tryd outside, same results as inside. I have cast skipping regen and stoneskin and its skipping everytime...

    Btw to you all saying its cause im in town same with flare-> dont you have to target somthing for flare... this is just aoe cast no targeting it works fine in towns it's not that.

    Flare is a self target AoE just like holy, it needs no target, thus why people can use it in town.

    static results just failed lol so stoneskin popd still no regen tho
