You should not need to use a Fantasia for minor character customizations.

Perfectly understandable that you should need it to change gender/race, however it is quite excessive that you would need it for minor edits related to your current gender/race option, such as height, face, skin color, voice.

Might as well let the Aesthetician become a chirurgeon and give him the option to modify everything outside of sex or race change.

Make it fairly expensive if it has too, just don't make us waste a Fantasia for it.

What would be the point of a fantasia if not to change these features? They're a business. They have to have lines drawn somewhere so that they make money.
