Bonuses for characters created during bonus period that attain level 30 in any class

I was just wondering if the bonuses still happen for hitting level 30 on a New World with a new character if it is your only character on the new world?

I just came back to play Shadowbringers after several attempts at the earlier expansions. I decide to try a complete fresh start and saw this great new sever Twintania. I was able to get to lvl 30 in a couple days and now I am hooked. Currently a level 56 and plowing away through this fun story.

The problem being is that I have never received the mentioned Gift of 1,000,000 gil for hitting level 30. I tried customer service tickets and only been shown to look at the FAQ and check out the forums.

TLDR: Just want to know if this bonus is still active.

The bonus should still be active, but the 1 million gil is only obtainable once per data center and account.
Did you possibly obtain this bonus once before by creating a character and reaching level 30 on Omega or Louisouix back when they were added as new worlds in the EU data center at start of the previous expansion?

Thank you for the answer. I did not have any characters, at least that I can remember on those worlds. I guess I will just have to wait to see what happens with my latest ticket inquiry. Thank you again.
