Moderator deletion

I couldnt agree more Wooba. I wish people could see my original posts in the original Elite threads, but their LS leader deleted them. Now people will forever label me as a "Troll Poster".

I've been the admin of my own forums for 7 years. This is a forum that was only for CKD and people from FFXI on Ifrit. Yet we have over 1200 posters and almost 180,000 posts. If I was as big a troll as some people like to pretend I am then my forums would never have got to where they are now.

I was also a Staff Writer for the IGN Vault FFXI Website for a year or two. I was also the head Mod on the IGN VN FFXI Forums for longer (I quit only to focus on my own forums).

So people need to get off their high horse and start to understand that if we want to build a real community here, then we're going to have a few arguments. Its not a reason to start calling mods.

The ignore funtion on the forums work just like if the moderator covers up their comments,
If you wish to not see a particular persons posts on forums:
Place them on your I-List(ignore-list).
My list will be of about 5-10 people however if you can still choose to view what they posted which kinda defeats the purpose but initially you dont have to see what they posted or if you review a post you can read it without their comments.

I finally got to catch up on all the threads after being out of town for the weekend...and I must say I am VERY disappointed in the amount of censorship from the administrators. (This is on topic, so it better not be deleted).

Don't worry, just don't sound rude toward others, and don't flame people and the mods shouldn't delete you. That is mostly what the mods have been deleting. Just takes a little common sense and nothing should go wrong.
