"Blade That Was Broken" bugged (BSM 58 class quest) Titanium Lump Hammer HQ

solved by log out and log in[/SIZE]

Area and coordinates: North Shroud (30, 20)
Steps:
1. pick up BSM 58 class quest
2. craft Titanium Lump Hammer HQ as BSM
3. can't turn in quest

The quest has 2 requirements:
1) craft Titanium Lump Hammer HQ
2) deliver Titanium Lump Hammer HQ

I crafed the item as BSM but the quest didn't count my 1st requirement.
When I switch to ARM or anyother classes, it says I met 1st requirement (but it is a BSM class quest).
Also, the item is only craft-able by BSM.

I am stuck and I cannot turn in the quest.
