My Level 72 Dragoon has lost all Class Job actions abilities above level 50

My user profile for Level 72 Hugo, Dragoon, is becoming increasingly screwed up. In Shadowbringers the MSQ is up through level 72 and my armor is level 72 as well but out of the blue all my Class Job Action abilities above Level 50 disappeared and I can no longer accept any quests at the level 70+ level except for the MSQ which oddly still recognizes me as Level 72.

In Stormblood (I previously submitted a ticket but got no action) I finished the MSQ but in the side quest Tortoise in Time, it completed and sent me on to follow on quests but then somehow that quest completion vanished and it will no longer advance the storyline.

Two distinct game breaking problems. How do I get my user profile fixed for this job. Fix these, don't blow me off again.

Do you have your job crystal equiped?

I was about to answer with "of course" but I didn't want to look any stupider than I already am. Yes thank you that was the problem, how it came out of its' slot I can't imagine. Can you fix my Stormblood Tortoise in Time quest problem too? Before the new DLC I'd completed Tortoise in Time which unlocked Swallow's Compass and a couple of other things. The next day it was if none of that happened and now if I re-do Tortoise in time it no longer unlocks anything so I can no longer progress.

Do you have "The Swallow's Compass" unlocked in your Duty Finder, it moved from the right dungeon tab to the left dungeon tab.
the right dungeon tab is always just for the dungeons of the most current expansion, so from level 71 onwards. Every other dungeon is listed in the left dungeon tab.
The same goes for the trials tab.

If you completed "Tortoise in Time" your next quest in this quest line is "The fire-bird down below" and after that "Surpassing the samurai" all will be offered to you by Bunchin in Tamamizu.

That's just the problem I', having. I did complete Tortoise in Time, it did open up Fire-Bird down below and Surpassing the Samurai all of which I completed but then a day or two later all of that progress simply vanished and now if I do repeat Tortoise in Time again, since it recognizes that I already did it, the quest line does not open up anything anymore. I've repeated Tortoise in Time numerous times and nothing, just a dungeon crawl.
