A Harlequin/Juggler job class
I honestly still see the Garlean Gunblade Job more towards Lightning's play style thus it would fit into being the 2nd Job that shares gears with Ninja being a melee DEX based job.
less focus on being the Heavy hitter like Regula and more towards fast slash attacks with fast gunshots from the Gunblade in quick combos.
Gunbreaker follows more on Squall's play style which is being the more mid-speed slash attacks to build up for the Mid-speed explosive attacks due to the nature of the Gunbreaker's gunblade.

Transforming job, iirc some ancient lore in FFXIV talked about people who grafted monster parts onto themselves, there is a certain character that sort of morphs, but talking of inspiration outside of FFXIV- Harmonixer (Shadow Hearts), Vincent (FF7), Dante (DMC), Terra (FFVI, Esperkin), etc- I'd like to shift forms :3. Sort of a internal summoner. Made vague desires in a thread, but honestly I'd probably take whatever lol.
Sort of want to see a job or at least an armor option inspired by Ex Death and Golbez, a tank mage job could be quite fun but we just got a tank.. so maybe a mage using dragoon armor? Could just be a glamour option for mages but I feel there could be a lot of fun there, like a geomancer knight sort of concept (with mixes of gravity and other elements). On the of subject of armors, Judge armors when?? <3
I don't really play healers but I can just hear the servers imploding if there is no healer next expansion lol.
There is already 4 melee dps and they used the argument that a ranged dps was needed to balance things. So, don't expect any melee DPS. So far we have:
4 tanks
3 healers
4 melee DPS
3 ranged DPS
3 casters
1 limited job/caster
They have to release a healer, at the time of the 6.0, this will make 6 years since the last healer job, so it's the most in need role for a new job.
After that, I'd guess another caster. Or maybe another ranged DPS but I doubt it since they just released one, but to balance everything, that's what they have to release.
I guess the next 2 jobs will be limited jobs then to bring everything up to 3 lol.
Someone needs to share that heavy melee gear with Dragoon though.
Personally I don't tend to factor in main stat or gear, the primary stats and the maiming and scouting sets all seem to exist for primarily cosmetic reasons anyway.

The odds of getting a second gunblade class are already incredibly slim.
I think a new healer even though I do not play them very often it would be nice for the healers amongst us.
I think maybe Puppetmaster would be good but not as a limited job or beastmaster.
Geomancer would be nice, could be DPS or healer depending on what game they work it off of (FFT vs FF11 geo is very different).
