What do you do with a Blacklist full?

Clear the list and start over...
Why do you have so many people blacklisted?
I think I have 4 and they are RMT that got onto Balmung. That I just never cleared off after reporting them and waiting a day or 2.

I don't have 200 people on my blacklist. Was my OP not clear on that? Or maybe I worded things that alluded that I did, to which I do not. And for that, I apologize.
