It's been 10 days going back and forth with support to no avail, so I'm trying the official forums to see if I can get something more than automated e-mails.
I purchased the Shadowbringers Collector's Edition in April, and registered for Early Access with no problems. I even played a bit in Early Access. The store sent me an e-mail with what was supposed to be my code.

The only problem is, when I try to register it on MogStation (I am clicking the big red banner that says "enter expansion registration code"), whether by copy-pasting or manually typing, I get an error that says "The entered code has already been registered".

If anyone registered it, it wasn't me, and definitely not in my account, since I got downgraded to Stormblood after Early Access ended. I opened a support ticket (number t11067650:aa7a) and got an automated response copy-pasting the same text as on the lodestone page. I replied to that ticket with the same screenshots as you see (albeit unedited) and five days later, got the following answer:
"We have reviewed your ticket information, and it appears the issue you reported has been resolved through another means or ticket. As such, we will be closing this ticket. If you have need for additional assistance in regards to your concern, please do not hesitate to reply back to this support ticket and we will gladly assist you further.

But it hasn't been resolved at all. I am still getting the same error when trying to register, and now to make things worse, my house will be demolished in 5 days if I am not able to log into my character, which I can't even do because I logged out in a Shadowbringers area.

I already tried everything I could think of. Cleaned cache, tried three other browsers in three different IPs and tried on mobile. I simply seem to have a code that is not working, and I'm locked out of my character.
