Personally, I think that it would make more sense for the Jobs to have higher maximum HP and lower maximum MP, and for Classes to have higher maximum MP, and lower maximum HP. Outside of extreme boss battles, how much HP you have at any given moment (for attacks like Hellfire, Moggle's finisher, whatever Garuda will have) is less important than how much HP you have over the course of the battle (more MP for additional cures, Decoys, et cetera). o.o
