Also, I lol'ed at BLM's preferring THM. In any competent party, that would be a direct downgrade. Losing Flare, Sleepga and especially Convert and Freeze you reduce your ability as a DD greatly.
actually in all honesty you do not lose any damage output regardless if you are on thm or blm. if you are managing your hate and effectively playing your job and class you do not take a hit by being on thm. convert is not used in most long boss battles. the mp skills from bard effectively take care of that along with your normal resting due to hate.
