Suggestions: Update Free Company Interface

Recently we've gotten an update to the retainer interface and before that, we got a message book system in 4.3. I think it would be great (and very relevant) if we got an update to how we can interact with our Free Company members. We really need a better in-game way to make posts that an entire FC can see.

The FC Notice Board is only 192 characters long, that's less than you can put into a letter. That needs to be increased to at least 400 characters. Preferably it would be even better if it worked like the message book system except for FC officers, something along the line of a quick post system where you could post notices like "Thursday Map Day @ 8:00 ET time" for everyone too see. Some way to just quickly update everyone without having to delete your FC description.

Or have a way to message everyone in your FC via Moogle mail. Like start a mail and when it asks you to select whom you want to send a message to, have your FC name be selectable and that way everyone in your FC regardless of if they're offline or online will receive the notice.

The FC chat focuses on the present time. There's no way to leave messages for FC members who're at work, sleeping, or otherwise not at their computer/ps4s. Yes there are third-party programs like discord, but then you run into the issue of having people who don't know what that is and having to explain to them, having them install it, add your FC server to it and then they might not even be at their computer or check their phone to know what's happening.
