    Have shadowbringers in steam but can't create new races

    Game starts with full shadowbringers title screen and all, but the new races are greyed out still. Thoughts?

    Have you registered the product key? Also if its about creating a new character in general character creation on your server may currently be disabled.

    I believe I have, i copied the codes in the CD Key part of the steam page into mog station, it shows up as shadowbringers when I start the game. I can create other characters but just not a hrothgar or viera.
