    PS4 physical doesn't recognize digital version.

    I recently bought the digital version of ARR, so I wouldn't have to use my Stormblood disc (now with Shadowbringers upgrade). But for some reason this version of ARR wouldn't recognize my pre-existing account despite being on the same platform (PS4). Because of this I ended up with two service accounts, and I promptly cancelled the new one.

    Is there no way to merge what I have or will I be permanently stuck with the physical disc?

    and..I noticed my topic got moved to general discussion, I guess there is nothing that can be done.
