Bonus to movement speed from "Fists of Wind" not granted after log in

Steps:

1. Log in as indicated Class/Level with Fists of Wind ON.
2. Move around and noticed that bonus to movement speed was not granted.
3. Selected "Fists of Wind" from action bar so Fists of Wind icon disappeared from the status window.
4. Wait "Fists of Wind" Recast Time.
5. Selected "Fists of Wind" from action bar one more time in order to activate the skill.
6. Move around and noticed that bonus to movement speed was correctly granted.

PS: Just a minor bug, I know... On a side note, I really don't know why I didn't select "Fists of Fire" or "Fists of Earth" in order to re-activate "Fists of Wind"... /facepalm
