I never mained Dragoon until recently, but a fellow FC mate has been one for a long time. I remember him saying the way the stat weighing worked was Determination was a flat increase across all damage, and he used to go : DH > Det > SS, when the later gear came out, that changed to CH > Det > SS/DH

At least from what I remembered, so I'm assuming this Xpac until the later gear tiers come out would end up being DH > Det > SS
