Persistent flickering, artifacting, directx11 crashes

Either its drivers or the cards are faulty, should checkup with Nvidia or the store you bought it from. You should still have warranty to send it back and get it replaced. It happens with new cards, they do bad work in making sure the quality is good and the cards are working, i had coil whine myself when i bought a GTX 970 new. Can also depend on what aftermarket cooling you have, like ASUS, MSI and so on.

If you are experiencing visual glitches like the ones you described, and you have tried the troubleshooting we would normally provide, you may be running into a hardware issue. This kind of issue, while rare, can happen even if your GPU is relatively new unfortunately.
