    Error 2002/ NA server/ PS4

    Hi

    I tried logging in for about two hours now and I still can’t connect. A notification shows everytime I click the Start button. It says that server connection has encountered a problem.

    I tried restarting my console and also the router but the error message still shows. This is the first time I encountered this problem.

    Do you recall any changes in your network that coincide with this issue? Are you connected to the router using a wired or wireless connection?

    Can you connect to any other data center?
