This is what I have been doing, and unless the tank/dps was doing something wrong, it worked darn near everytime for me.

For the 1st pull of the dungeon, Recitation Exocog once Recitation becomes available, and Pre-Pull Adlo. After tank grabs first mob, I usually Bio a mob to ensure get into combat then promptly aetherflow. Be ready to Lustrate/Swiftcast Adlo on the tank while they are pulling, and also drop Sacred Soil when they stop. Then I queue Whispering Dawn, and begin casting a new adlo if the shield from the earlier one is gone. From this point its a matter of then balancing keeping tank HP up where you are comfortable and DPS time. For future pulls, I don't Recitation Exocog, but instead use it on a swiftcast Adlo during the pull.

Try and queue fairy abilities before you cast a spell. Pay attention to how many Aethercharges you have near the end of fights and pop dissipation if needed to refresh them prior to exiting combat.

I'm not quite to the point where I'll just Art of War spam a dungeon like LegoTechnic suggests, but I could probably do it if I had a static group I could trust to perform consistently. I do get in a lot of broils, ruins, and bio's over the course of the dungeon if a wet paper bag wouldn't put the tank to shame, and I have seen a few where that is the case.

Hey guys, thanks for all the tips, just one thing, what does weave mean? as in weaving spells between actions. I have never heard the term before this thread honestly.

Weaving typically means timing your oGCD skills inbetween GCD skills. So like hitting recitation, casting bio, hitting swiftcast, casting adlo for a simple example. As ultimately what you are striving for is to not have a oGCD skill delay a GCD skill, and be performing a GCD skill as soon as the prior one ends. Of course with cast time spells, there will be little gaps when put in the oGCD skills or have to reposition, but with instant casts like Bio, Ruin II, and Art of War there is no reason to not use oGCD's inbetween the GCD windows when at all possible.

The simplest explanation I can think of is using an ogcd ability between GCDs; effectively 'weaving' it into your rotation instead of using it on its own. An example of a simple one for WHM would be casting Stone(GCD) >> Lucid Dreaming (weaved oGCD) >> Stone(GCD).

The idea behind it is to increase your APM (actions per minute) without clipping GCDs, which is important for optimizing your entire toolkit. Clipping a GCD means using an ability that does not allow you to use a GCD when it would normally be available. In some cases, clipping GCDs because of certain abilities that are ogcd cannot be helped.
