The Skalla coat of fending and the Expeditioner's Thighboots. The thighboots were a godsend at low levels when I wanted something practical looking on long fem Roe legs and they go with pretty much everything when you dye them.

Adept's Thighboots. A heeled boot with heels that are not stiletto-high but high enough. The buckles are a nice touch. The only downside is that it requires you to be Lv60 (Thank God this was before crafter gear was restricted) and the blue soles, but I managed to make it work.

I will also agree with everyone else who mentioned their eternity ring. I use it for every glamour, I immediately glamour my left ring to that.

I also glamour my eternity ring on to every set I have, but I know my partner would understand if I told him my favourite item was my little behemoth earring.

I guess mine isn't so much gear as it is a minion. I take Midgy everywhere I go. Midgardsormr wanted me to babysit, and he's so dang cute, I take him everywhere. And the way he perches on my shoulder.... squeeeeee

If it has to be gear, then.... my PLD zeta weapon? or rather, the one right before zeta, that has the white glow with the runes/chains circling it. It's cliche, but meh, I'm ok with that.
