Level 60 LTW quest

I decided now was a good time to start leveling all my crafting jobs my only problem is i'm now on the level 60 Quest and I can't find the recipe i need to make. The quest says I need the Leatherworking Masterwork III book, i bought it and under the master recipe tabs I still can't find Chivalric Battledress of Aiming. Even when I type it in the search box I can't find it and when I search for it on the MB i can't find it either. Is anyone else run into this issue? Am I missing something? Did they remove it?

At some point this item seems to have changed name without the quest being updated. I am pretty sure that the item you need to craft is the Chivalric Longcoat of Aiming.
