PS4 retainer bell crash

Hi I saw a post and thought I would make another just in case hope that's okay but ever since yesterday I've been crashing sometimes when I use the retainer bell in the crystarium near the market board. Not to say it's just that one but it's only happened there as it's the one I turn to most often. I'm not really sure what to do should I delete the game and all my setting and redownload everythin? if I back up my character and client settings with that thing in the FFxiv character select screen is there a chance I could redownload whatever is causing the issue plus redownloading everything is no guaranteed fix right as my internet isn't the fastest it would probably take like a day to redownload it so I don't want to do that unless I think it will fix it. The day before this started I had been having internet issues and constant disconnects and now it's stable but this is happening. Do you think it's due to the constant D/C's or just the changes they did to Direct X or whatever on PC sorry for the rambling trying to think of everything to include and explain the situation.

Little bit of an update I decided to delete and re download everything since it just happened again for the third time today. At least if it keeps doing it after I've done this then I'll know there's nothing on my end I can do to fix it and that'll give me some peace of mind.

The CE-34878-0 error you are receiving is a generic Playstation-related crash. Unfortunately, this means we have have limited troubleshooting for this situation. If reinstalling the game does not resolve the issue, I'd suggest contacting Playstation support for further assistance.
