MogStation bug or somethin

So this is the problem. I want to buy mount and this is first time that i am buying something of mog station, and i select Optional Items, i chose Mount that i want to buy, and it adds it to cart automacly. Alright. Then it says: Please select a service account and character to receive items in your shopping cart. And there is nothing to select from. There is no drop menu, or anything related to any kind of selection. Then after finish with all info from my visa, what happends next is this error An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.

Unfortunately the error you are describing is not a technical issue. The error 401 is a payment error that occurs from any of the following:

- transaction declined by bank
- use of prepaid cards
-insufficient funds
- card being used on many accounts


In order to get assistance with this you will need to contact the European Support Center.
