    NA Data Center down?

    I can't seem to connect to any NA data center, I keep getting the message: The lobby server connection has encountered an error (2002). I've tried connecting to the EU and Asia data centers and there is no problem... Any idea how to fix this? or is this server side problem or just server congestion? Will appreciate any info and help you can provide. Please and thank you

    Just try again. I just logged out, so I don't know about log in, but the data center is up at least.

    I am having the exact same issue. I can reach character creation screens on European and Japanese servers, but not on Aether where my character is.

    Must be down keep getting put in queues. Even at 5am today had to wait 10 minutes to login with queue of 6. If this is what have to look forward to I want refund on Shadowbringers.

    lol they will never do that. They really should use more cash to improve their servers, but they won't refund you or anyone. It's the beginning of an expansion with an extra amount of people coming from a dead game, deal with it.

    The data center i've been trying to get on is Primal > Behemoth. I'll try in awhile if it still gives me that error.

    Just tried now and I'm still getting the error...

    Me too, except I'm Aether > Midgardsormr. For Hynaku, at least for me, it doesn't even show the queue. Once you click the wheel turns and then it flashes the black screen with the error box. I contacted their chat support, but they basically said that the servers are congested so to try again later.
