So I'm a bit lost here, because there's both PC players that have more lag than PS4, and there's plenty of PC players who play on a controller. So I'm struggling to try and figure out how the OP would even be able to discern if someone is on their PS4 since as long as they have a laptop, they can access discord and "act" as if they're playing on PC.
