But at this point, we are talking about a fraction of a second and is you have to be pinching for what would be about 2 to 3 extra second of activity out of the whole fight, then there are other problems than hardware.
If you use legacy controls on controller, you can turn your character basically instantly by moving the joystick opposite from the enemy. I often ride gaze castbars to 90% then quickly turn in the last possible moment on controller; there's no advantage/disadvantage when it comes to turning your character on controller vs KB/M since both have methods to instantly turn.
