So in conclusion I would like to say, if you are crashing to your desktop while playing this game just give it time and see if it sorts itself out. Don't reinstall Final Fantasy XIV. After ~2 days I have finally reached the end of a problem. All because I thought I was doing the right thing. I hope if you are reading this that you have learned something and I will check back to see if I can pass any knowledge on soon. For now, I need my PLD AF.

Check the SMART info on your hard drive, maybe dying. The program SpeedFan is free and can give you that data.

2 Hours in and no crash to desktop. Taking a break to get some stuff done around the house and I will be back on. I will report after tonight which will be an extended amount of play time.
