Low level gameplay: A growing problem

Since we're talking about low level content that doesn't include any sort of group play. There's not much stopping you from using one basic ability yourself if you decide to with the suggested changes. You would still have that option.

Of course there is. If they give us more abilities at level 1. They would have to change the enemies to require those abilities to be used. Otherwise, it wouldn't make sense to have more abilities than needed.
