Trying to decide which of these jobs to play. Which is the least static in it's rotation? Which has the "flasiest" abilites? Which do you think has the best job story?

Aesthetically I think dragoon looks the coolest.
The least static rotationally will be bard (it has RNG involved in its rotation)
Ninja has the most complicated mechanics.
Dragoons are in a very nice spot now. Great dps and a good raid utility.
Unlikely. Dragoon is currently below Monk in pDPS yet both offer comparable utility. Why would Dragoon be nerfed but not Monk? The latter no longer has any reason to be far ahead given Dragoon already lost 400 rDPS when piercing was removed.

ninja ! , spells , melee combos , ninjutsu , the gameplay is madness tho
I played Bard for like half a decade, it's personal opinion, but I don't find it that fun in Shadowbringers, and moved over to Dragoon which I'm kinda salty about considering it was this fun in Stormblood and no one said anything. Loving the class right now personally. If you're looking for "No rotation is the same" kinda feeling Bard would be the class to play, as it has about 3-6 different rotations regarding pull types and enemies, but its heavily reliant on DoT Crit ticks, when you're not getting that, you're literally pressing one button for half the time. And its 80 skill is hot garbage, you'll either hit 8k-34k, but that 34 usually comes with using it at full charge maybe...once or twice per fight. (It'd be interesting to see how they operate based on later gear and materia melds, but I'm not personally waiting a year and a half for that)
'Goon on the other hand has a few rotations and most of the moves are flashy and look cool and does some pretty gnarly damage. Ninja I got to 70, but that era of time was a complete blur to me and I remember next to nothing about that class, so there's that.
u dont rely on dot crits anymore :P proc has a base chance of 35% afaikIf you're looking for "No rotation is the same" kinda feeling Bard would be the class to play, as it has about 3-6 different rotations regarding pull types and enemies, but its heavily reliant on DoT Crit ticks, when you're not getting that, you're literally pressing one button for half the time. 35% is still RNG, I'm rocking the 440 gear fully melded to crit wherever I could toss it in and I still find that 35% isn't as good as it's made out to be. The majority of Apex charges / Song stacks still come from those DoT crit that reset. iirc (been studying up on dragoon and slowly breaking my old bard habits) If Quick Noct procs Rain you do not receive an Apex charge, only the Dot Ticks / EA count towards it. It's mostly designed as a work around for Refulgent. Honestly I wouldn't have a problem with the 80 skill if it didn't blow through the entire guage. If they made it flat potency for 25 and allowed us to spend only 25 per shot I'd be all for it, but the damage drop off if it isn't at 100 is so massive that it feels more like a chore using it than anything else, and you're stuck waiting on it to fully charge most of the time unless tank is going wall to wall with pulls
