Thoughts on PLD changes

I'm pretty sure that Clemancy will be nerfed and will no longer be allowed to take advantage of zero cast time with Req. That's my guess anyway. It's kind of OP, or at least until you run out of MP

Which is after 5 casts, and for those 5 casts you're losing out on a ton of damage.

Honestly i don't see any problem with it, no-one will want to use Clemency unless emergency situation, when you could instead be doing damage.
