Description: I was actually looking through the July fan art round up on FFXIV’s Instagram account when this idea came to me. My boyfriend and I met in FFXIV about 2 years ago now, this is my little homage to a game we both love that brought us together. We never would have otherwise met if it weren’t for FFXIV. The illustration features both our characters in the foreground (took some creative liberties with the tail, cause puffier tails are cuter) and in the background is a portrait of the real us together. Thanks so much to the developers of FFXIV and Square Enix for all the great content they produce and for bringing people together like Mars and I.
