    Titan egi/Topaz Carbuncle can put a meaty shield on you at pretty regular intervals so you don't need to be spamming your heals for MSQ content at least, for the Summoner quests im not sure how the balance is on them now, but titan should be able to carry you through fine

    I mixed up the quests, yes it was the summoners i found a bit... unfriendly. Ty for the shield mention though, i had actually already tried that earlier on a quest and whilst "shielded" lost 3/4 hp from one attack.. disregarded it as trash after (will now give it a further try)
