    I have tried WTFast. Unfortunately, I did not see an improvement. Thank you for asking though. I feel like it adds to the list of variables that could be contributing to this issue.

    I decided to download the PingPlotter Pro and have let it run for roughly 20 minutes or so and found something interesting. The 17th hop seems to suffer from 23-26 PL% (which I assume is packet loss). Would this be helpful for technical support or anyone else? Does anyone else notice that this hop causes them issues?
