easier is one thing, boring is another

a job can have easy rotation and be tons of fun , or have a engaging rotation and be boring ...or frustrating

havent leveled DNC but doesnt dnc has a rng rotation for ST is just 2 buttons that proc another 2 , and those can 2 proc 1 (fan) that can proc another and another yay! and burn esprit when needed , similar to every other dps job that has a gauge

Are we talking about existing jobs that become easy from a change, or easy jobs that were introduced into the game from the start? Your 2 posts contradict each other.
