I was replaying some of the last cutscenes, and noticed that, although I had it unlocked during my play through, there wasn't a third option on the cutscene after the last trial where you call the Exarch by his name one last time.

I loved the ending, I have replayed it quite a few times. I guess I'll have until new game+

You have to click a box that counts your story progression. Or something along those lines, I haven’t looked at it in a while. I do know story progression is off by default, though.

It's only available to turn it on/off for when the currently-selected cutscene has variable dialogue. The rest of the time it's greyed out to indicate that there isn't anything affected by it in that scene.
