To be blunt, there's no error codes like everyone else is getting. All that happens (90% of the time it occurs when I teleport, before I actually teleport in game... like the cast bar is complete, and my character does the little disappearing act, then..) is that an error pops up saying "FFXIV has encountered an error, and must close."
That's it. No more details.
Happens daily. No matter what I'm doing, where I'm at, mounted, in town, etc. There's no rhyme or reason. The largest percentage of the time it occurs when I teleport. The rest of the time it's during something huge, like a world boss fate like the frog suit guy in tempest or Formidable..
