Best place to spiritbond ilvl 360-370 gear?

I'm currently at lv 76 going through Shadowbringers MSQ but i'm behind a bit regarding some gear, I received some better gear from coffers but I want to spiritbond & convert what I have currently to make room in my armory chest though I have somelv 70 ilvl 360-370 gear from the end of stormblood that's stuck in the 80% range & even with the lv76 mobs currently it's not going up with materia in it so was wondering what the best way would be to spiritbond it:

iirc, spiritbonding slows down if the enemy's too high level (along with too low level) so you might have better luck with level 70 enemies or so.

But the combat materia you'd get from it probably wouldn't be worth too much nowadays anyway, I would just vendor them and spend that time leveling crafters/gatherers instead.

I would suggest the low-end enemies in Kholusia and Amh Araeng. Otherwise, go to the late Stormblood dungeons like Ghimlyt Dark.

There's not really any reason to convert anymore. You get more than enough materia from vendor using whatever the cracked cluster ShB equivalent is (at work, can't remember the name of it).
