I mean if they hire them not to post something then. . . wouldn't it mean they're doing other things? Not to say sometimes companies make silly decisions, but avoiding to start a relationship in bad faith I'd like to think they've brought another member on to help communicate with the team about our comments and desires. That and of course they probably have some other duties, like research, event planning, maybe some cooperation with the GMs - dunno.
Anyway if they were hired to represent us, by relaying our prayers to the primals above.. then speaking regularly to us wouldn't really be part of their duty. Not saying I want to hear so seldom from CMs lol, just that you say they do a terrible job but I'm not sure their job is to have the highest post count. They may do a grand job, though with limited communication the image of what they do is a little bit hazy. Probably less stressful for them though, customer service jobs are.. special jobs lol. You meet lovely people but you also meet a bunch of people on their bad days, or just bad people in general haha.
