Pick the one with the card with the picture of a lady looking down. It's the one that lets you do 3 turn ins xD.

I didn't notice the graphics indication, but you can also generally tell by the exp reward, the single turn ins give a noticeably more exp than the 3x. Usually the 3x turn-ins gave 400k to 500k less (depending on level).
It should be noted that those ones, while they do give more exp, also require three times the work and by extension three times the amount of time crafting.
Course making that many more of the item also nets that much more exp from pure crafting, but it's slower.
Not saying those ones are bad, but the trade off for the more efficient use of leves (that is, more exp per leve) is your time.
Personally, I'd rather level the trades up faster.
Your leves will always come back, your time wont.

The triple turn ins tend to be best when you're running low on levequest allowances. You really only ever hit that cap if you burned through a ton doing the Ishgard quests though.
I'll use the tip if I ever get any of my crafts to 70 so I can start with the Crystarium leves. Right now, I only have crafting levels 19-62, and it's going to get a lot slower leveling when they all move into the Moogle tribe, where there are only 3 quests per day. (I suppose by that time, my gatherers will be 80, and then I'll have levee allowances for the crafters.
Still, crafting leves are such a pain, since it can take hours to go out and gather all the materials needed, especially when they demand HQ stuff. (I won't buy materials to level crafts with.)
