No thanks, please divert resources and extra voice acting costs for various race/gender WoLs(D) that ultimately may lead to people just being aggravated by how their MC sound like to other things in the game.

Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
I'll do some of the voice acting and provide references for others that will do it cheap or pro-bono. Just gotta pay travel costs to whichever studio they've got.
Won't even charge royalties.
I say no. I voice the WoL/WoD parts in my head with my own voice ... I don't want some other person ruining my shining moment for me. Not to mention they would most likely use some far off sounding voice that doesn't belong to my version of WoL/WoD. All other characters they can voice act with who ever, just leave the WoL/WoD alone.

Personally I would rather have my character stoically nod instead of actually talk.
Watching forum drama be like
It's better without voice acting. Rather have them work for more and better voice acting for MSQ/content than implementing VAs to players outside of emotes and battle.
♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥
The god eater series would probably be the best way to handle this(having a critical line or speech be voiced by the character), and unfortunately it can be argued that the game is too far along to consider getting those VAs that did the player voices back.
From what I know, Voice Acting for the Main Character works the best (or only) if the MC has a pre-defined personality. MMOs like SWTOR and GW2 did IMHO quite a great job with their voice acting, but for every RPer and gamers who love to immerse themselves into the MC directly, this approach will mostly be flawed, if not unacceptable, during any scenario where the MC reacts or answers differently than they would have (no surprise or wrong with it).
I think it would go against the very heart and philosphy of the warrior of light for them to have a voice. The WOL has many voices from many different races. There isn't just ONE Warrior of Light. Each player is the warrior of light. We each exist within our very own alternate dimension. That's why when in every single dungeon they always ask us to bring some friends (other warriors of light from other dimensions). This is especially shown well towards the end of Shadowbringers (I don't want to spoil things so I'll leave it at that.) The warrior of light has all of our voices and trying to do justice to each and every one of us would sort of defeat the purpose. Besides we aren't known for our philosophy or talking alot. We speak louder with our actions. No voice, no matter how good it is can do justice to that.
No. The pacing of the voiced cutscenes is already atrocious enough as it is.
If it had been done this way from the start I'd likely have given it a pass, but it would be really really weird for them to introduce it now, not to mention it would make some past NPC lines seem silly in retrospect (such as Thancred's comment about your "stoic nods" which inevitably gets him another stoic nod from you), and would drastically reduce the impact of a certain thing that happens in the ShB story as well (not saying any more about that one because that's definite spoiler territory)
