There are a couple, I am in one run by Tathar Valarend which was doing caravans pretty frequently up to the patch (though it might be more worthwhile to do darkhold runs post patch, the Batraal weapons are worth over an hour of solid caravaning each). There's another shell run by Clavintz Rianov which I know used to run caravans, but I cant speak for their recent activity level.
