Resolution issues - everything is just too big.

I'm having resolution problems since the new xpac launched.

The resolution in game matches the resolution of my windows but everything seems bigger than it used to be? When I zoom all the way out it just doesn't feel like it's enough. The hotbars at 60% still seem too big, the map at it's smallest now is also too big compared to what I had before. I tried playing with the other resolutions but they just give me stretched out displays or grainy, zoomed in outcomes.

I'm just hoping it's a bug and it might be fixed from SE, thought I'd ask tho to see if anyone else is facing this issue. TIA.

I'm sure you've checked, but Tech Support will likely ask you to verify the settings for making your UI bigger for larger displays. Make sure those are not enabled in your settings as they will inflate your UI disproportionately to your resolution setting.

What resolution are you playing at and what resolution is your Windows set at? Also there is a setting under System Configuration>Display Settings under the High Resolution UI Settings where it increases size of the UI scaling by 100%/150%/200%, which of those do you have it set to?

As other have mentioned, double-check what resolution scale you have the UI set to. It will give you option for 100%, 150% and 200%. If you have it set to 200% on a 1080p screen, it might look rather large. You can check this setting under the Display Settings in System Configuration.
