Acutally that sounds more like a broken Delirium, with a 2.5s GCD you shouldn't be able to fit 5 GCDs into that window.

Nevertheless, imho Blood Weapon is in need of a duration buff. AoE spells don't benefit from SkS and stay on 2.5s, you'll never be able to fit 5 AoE GCDs into that window.

I don't think it is broken, but I have noticed that you now seem to able to use procs (such as Delirium) right up until the last fraction of a second... which may have been a QoL change going into 5.0, as I don't remember being able to do this in 4.X (but maybe I just wasn't paying attention).

As for why Delirium works and Blood Weapon doesn't... It could be as simple as Delirium being a 'proc' vs. Blood Weapon being 'on-hit'; i.e. Delirium is 'checked' as you press the button (all good) whereas Blood Weapon is only 'checked' when the attack hits, which is possibly a fraction of a second later and by which point it has expired. This is just conjecture though, I have no idea how their engine actually works.

I think that is because Delirium has a way shorter animation lock than Blood Weapon or Inner Release. In 4.x Delirium just extended BW/BP duration, its animation barely noticeable. (tbh I wouldn't have known that DRK in the ShB job trailer used Delirium, it looks so "slightly")

Afaik if your GCD is not faster than 2.46s, you are not able to get 5 GCDs into a 10s buff window. Even 2.45s GCD is hella risky, as little lag spikes alone can rip away your chance of getting the 5th one in. 2.43s is more doable, but still requires good ping. 2.4s-2.37s is comfy.

Anyway, a 2.5s GCD build should not be able to get a 5th GCD into Delirium - unless the duration is longer than tooltip is telling us.
