No, I only have the 2 keys that I got in April. They're the same keys now that they were then. There is no new key.

I've not had any emails since April.

You can state as much as you like that I only got 1 key then. But I am showing you that I got 2 and registered 2.

There has to be an error, then. Because no one else, that I know of, received both their pre-order/early access codes AND the expansion code at the same time they pre-ordered the expansion—I pre-ordered it the second it was available for pre-order and didn’t receive my expansion code until July. Because the SE Store generally does not debit your bank account until roughly a week or two before the product releases, and, as such, they will not release product keys until after they have your money.

They even posted a Lodestone post about redeeming Shadowbringers codes, stating that they can be redeemed starting on July 1st:

* Shadowbringers registration codes can be redeemed on Mog Station and PSN starting from Monday, July 1, 2019 at 8:05 a.m. (PDT)

You didn’t answer my question about is your Mogstation account showing that you have access to the expansion. Under the main page, is there a circle in the box for Shadowbringers showing that you have access?

It won't accept my key because I was using a VPN. Even though I am using a VPN address to another spot in my own country.

I assume this is because of totally retarded reasons that would make no sense to the average person.

I had this same page. The first one, the actual game key, wasn't available until the game's official launch. The code wouldn't have been there in April at all. The button to generate it simply being non-existent.
