    Hi, It happens basically anywhere, i can play for a long time and randomly it crashes, sometimes i only get 5mins of gameplay and it crashes too
    , for about a week now ever sence the offical launch of shadowbringers.

    Good afternoon and thank you for the update!

    What have you tried so alleviate the problem so far? Does the crash happen when other programs are being run along side Final Fantasy XIV? Could you also provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
