Solution to that could be preventing people from changing off of a tank or healer if noone else in the party fits that role. That way there is at least 1 healer and 1 tank, any changes after that would be voluntary.Potentially open to abuse. I've seen it in another game on the odd occasion (not that often, mind). Someone comes in as a tank as its a quick queue, and then demands another player tank it, or they just makes a mess of it by trying to tank it as a dps spec, thus putting a greater burden on the healer.
