Consistent Crashing

I have been having this issue constantly as well, both using DirectX11 and DirectX9. This issue for me seemed to start happening after the most recent NVIDIA Game Ready driver (version 431.36). Today the crash has been happening on the 'Now Loading' screen after waiting through the player queue which just makes it even more infuriating...

I'm using an EVGA GTX 1080Ti and Windows 10 is updated fully.

I can not return to any town with out crashes... the only way to resolve it situation currently is to log into the game from a completely different computer at a friends house do the 20 sec of activity I wanted to do and teleport out before moving back to my normal computer.

at this point 99% of my crashes occur while in town. while crashes do still occur out side of town they are drastically infrequent compared to the almost guaranteed multiple crashes while in a city.
